St. Johns wort, sage, dogs nettle, motherwort, yarrow, marigolds, chamomile, valerian calm the nervous system in case of strong emotional stress, feeling of stress or anxiety, insomnia, irritability. They also have sedative properties for irritability during menopause.
 
NORMALIZATION OF PRESSURE.
Stinging nettle, nettle, and sedum normalize pressure, the fluctuations of which are caused by age-related changes or a drop in the level of estrogen in a womans body.
